Package of the wood door

     This is package from CASEN wood door work shop .The package is the last step of the whole door production.Also this is very important step.If ignore this ,after the customer get the doors ,it will be broken .

     It is a long time from China to foreign country by sea ,loading container and unload the wood doors ,the workers are uncourteous ,they will not careful about the goods .So if the package use the cheaper paper and not package well ,the all previous efforts were in vain .

     From our video you can see our doors firstly use the plastic film to parcel the whole door leaf ,this can make sure the door will be waterproof also not easy to scrape it .

     Secondly we use the foam to fix the 4 corner in order to make the door safe .Also on both faces we will use the foam again ,double to make safe .

     The last one use the paper to package it .

     All our doors to abroad are unbroken ,no customer complaint this problem .It seems a small step ,but it reaction our attitude .
