       This is the paint from CASEN wood door work shop ,we have the specialised work shop for painting ,this is the special equipment can take away the dust also make the paint not big smell ,because when painting if have the dust on the door will have some flaws on the surface ,the whole door after paint will not nice .We have many work shops of the paint.One color in one work shop ,so the color will not mixture.

      Our factory is very strict of the quality ,so all the doors need to be paint 6 times .After the polish bottom oil 2 times ,then facial oil .Each one paint we will let it dry then again .In order to make the color door will looks more full .

      We know in the market some factories only make 2 times or 3 times paint of the door ,and they just care about the time ,that is why they say their delivery time is so quick .And some years later the color will be rust .But our wooden door never have this phenomenon .

      The video is make the door leaf paint ,then the frame and the liner .We use the eco-friendly paint and our workers must wear the mask to paint the doors .We must make sure the worker safe .

      Each time our QC will check the quality is ok or no ,if no will need to rework it again then can the next step.
